Pork Booster Scholarships

Proceeds earned through our annual Pork Feed Event allow our club to provide scholarships to Tulare County seniors.  The criteria is as follows:
 
  1. Be a high school senior enrolled in a Tulare County High School.
  2. Have shown and sold a market hog through the Tulare County Fair Junior Livestock Auction.
  3. Provide proof of enrollment as a full-time student in college or trade school with the equivalent of 12 semester units before receiving scholarship money.
  4. Request scholarship money no more than 2 years from date of high school graduation.
  5. Include a copy of your official transcripts.
  6. Include two letters of recommendation.  One should be from your swine project advisor/Ag. advisor.
